Our story
Instinctive Shift Consulting was born out of a passion to make sense of a system that doesn’t always make sense.
After 15 years in the NSW workers compensation scheme, I’ve seen where things get stuck. Most people are trying to do the right thing - but they’re navigating a system that’s complex and unclear.
That’s where I come in.
My experience spans frontline claims through to leading large-scale change, so I understand both the legislation and how it plays out in practice - what actually matters day to day.
Over time, two gaps became clear: providers aren’t always given the guidance they need, and many employers are left to figure things out on their own.
Instinctive Shift was created to change that.
